SEA COWS BAY, Tortola, VI- What better way for businesses to stay connected to their customers than to be at their fingertips?

CR's Jeep & Car Rental, owned by Rodney A. Simmonds aka ‘Mileage’, boasts being the first rental company in the Virgin Islands to create a mobile app for its customers. The app was created on February 16, 2017 and was officially available to the public one week later on February 23, 2017.

According to Tashma A. Huggins, CR's Jeep & Car Rental's representative, the customers are their first priority and therefore this app was created to better serve the customers and to provide professional and quality service at all times.

Huggins strongly believes this is what sets the company apart from other car rental agencies in the VI.

The app is extremely user friendly. It is open to everyone who has access to a smart phone and it is free of charge to download. Huggins noted that since the launch of the app, the company has had over 200 active members.

How the app works

Downloads can be made from the AppStore for the IPhone users, or from the Google Play Store for Android users. Once the download is complete, customers can browse the app very easily for information such as opening hours, some of the quality rides and prices. Customers can book a vehicle by just selecting Book Now and they will be prompted to the app’s booking page. If a customer needs to speak to a CR’S Jeep & Car Rental representative, tap on the phone number that appears on the screen and you will be automatically connected to an available representative who will assist you promptly.

In addition, you may send an email by simply clicking on the email notification and it will direct you to send an email.

    The site doesn't do much though. What is the purpose of it? I thought I would be able to rent from online or st least begin the process.
