ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Lucien Smith, who was jointly charged with Violet 'Letty' Hodge for allegedly conspiring to import drugs into the territory, walked away from the Magistrate's Court a free man today, April 16, 2015 after Magistrate Ayana Baptiste-DaBreo upheld a no-case submission on the part of Smith.
