WICKHAM’S CAY II, Tortola, VI - ‘Operation Protect Each Other,’ a COVID-19 vaccination drive-through initiative has launched this morning, July 17, 2021, to a massive turnout as persons queue up in their vehicles to get vaccinated.

The drive-through, happening today Saturday, and Sunday at Festival Grounds, Wickham’s Cay II, Tortola, from 09:00 am - 05:00 pm will be offering both doses of the AstraZeneca jab, free of cost.

Long lines & massive turnout

Premier and Minister of Finance, Hon Andrew A. Fahie (R1) commenting on the turnout said, ‘Bravo! BVI is on the move to be fully vaccinated. The lines on the Festival Grounds for the vaccination drive-through… are long and so will be our lives. God is Good!,” he said.

According to information released on the initiative, to get vaccinated, persons must be over the age of 18 and must have a valid photo identification such as a driver’s license or NHI card.

Carpools are also welcomed, and persons are being encouraged to wear short sleeve tops, however, they should be prepared to spend some 45 minutes at the venue.

No exiting vehicles for smooth process

The guidelines also indicated that pre-filled registration forms will take less time, however, persons are being encouraged to not get out of their vehicles while at the venue.

The project is being executed as part of a collaboration between the Government of the VI, Unicef, Rotary, BVI Red Cross, and the BVI Health Services Authority (BVIHSA).

After the jab, persons would have to park and wait for 15 minutes after which they will be free to leave, however, once you feel sick or anyone in the vehicle feels sick after vaccination, the car can be honked for assistance.

For persons without vehicles, the event also has provisions for walk-in vaccinations.

I wonder how radio man honestly feel about his friend dying. His friend probably took his bad advice and didn’t get vaccinated because radio man would chant lava on him. If you see your boy die and you still talking these stupid conspiracy theories something is wrong with you. Kishma hate the government but she smart enough to separate the bull $h!t from the truth and she encouraged vaccinations. Everybody don’t need to take the vaccine to beat Covid but some do a lot more than others. They saying how it’s the vaccine that was killing the people now you know for a fact it wasn’t the vaccine now people on that show commenting about “ they letting the people die” who is they that let the man die. Trying to blame the nurses now or some sinister plot. Y’all can’t even stick to one conspiracy theory at a time. Bill Gates didn’t kill that man, vaccine didn’t kill that man, 5G didn’t kill that man, ventilators didn’t kill that man. Honor that man by spreading the message that covid is real and stop the B.S he didn’t survive to spread the message himself but a real friend would fight on for his friend not continue the same BS message while your friend was literally fighting for his life.

Ok fyahman, where you hiding behind a laptop FOH, The doctors been saying what killed all 14 of the victims but you refuse to listen. You guys act like you know more than the doctors. You blind shepherds want to teach doctors how to use a ventilator and some of you never passed basic science one time in your life. You prefer to wear a shirt with your dead friend's face at his funeral than to encourage your friend while he's alive to get vaccinated. #Dumb @$$. Them fake tears emoji aint bringing nobody back to life. Children will grow up without fathers and yall will move on with ayo life because that's human nature. Friends like ayo useless.

Remember it takes a few weeks for the immunity to start to build, and make sure you take the second dose when it is due in a few weeks time so you get maximum protection from this Delta variant.

For those saying the all mighty God will save me...............

"Mike" was getting rained on and rained on and rained on. His house was filling up. He was getting scared but did not worry. God would save him.
The flood waters came up to his door steps, A 4x4 arrived and said, "come, I am here to save you" Mike said No, God would save me.
The water came up to the top of his door. A boat arrived and said, "come, I am here to save you" Mike said NO, God would save me.
Mike climbed on top of his house as the waters came up to the roof. A helicopter arrived and said, " come I am here to save you" Mike said No, God would save me.
Mike sadly drowned and went up to the gates of heaven anyway but . God said to him, "Mike, why you here"? Mike said I thought God, you would save me. Mike, God Said, I tried , I sent a 4x4, a boat and a helicopter, You did not take it.

People. Take the help when it is there.
    God is good.

The side effects if the vaccine are much less than the side effects of the virus. Take it - most people have only a headache and sore arm - it could save your life.

You may get a sore arm for a day and might feel like you have mild aches and pains for a day or two but that’s it.
You will feel good knowing you have immunity and even better knowing you can’t pass it on to the people you love.
      You got this.

I understand how you are feeling about the chance of side effects, however, I would weigh the consequences of some possible side effects in the future vs. possible death, as is occurring in the community RIGHT NOW!

Visit a medical doctor or two for a 2nd opinion if you wish. Make sure is a practicing doctor in no way conected to politics and pharma corp. Have him/her asses you thoroughly. An honest professional should do that without taking in consideration all the noise that has so little to do with science or facts but more with politics and business. The doctor would present you the advantages and disadvantages, the potential benefits and potential risks of taking this vaccine, and maybe giving you his/her personal opinion. In the end you should decide without intimidation or coercion from outside. You, as a reason abiding, responsible and FREE person. Don't let fear guide you. All the best!

Please take it. Tens of millions of people if not more have taken the astra Zeneca vaccine and are HAPPY they did. Right here, right now your chance of catching COVID and ending up in serious condition is hundreds of thousands of times higher than complications from the vaccine.

Please observe any Elevated attitudes after fully vaccinated:
    1. More arrogant
    2. Boastful
    3. Full of pride
    4. More swearing
    5. Less Godly
    6. Disrespectful to others
    7. Highly insultive

I guess now the newely vaccinated will be on social media mocking, insulting and ridiculing the non vaxers.

The world have now submitted to the beast system. The same people who created this pandemic, are the same ones vaccinating all.

Reason for the covid pandamic: To get rid of one man, and install a fake US president and VP.... Illegitimate, evil administration.

You and your Government (all nations) are no longer in control of your lives. You are owned by WHO, CDC, PAHO Media, Dems. Tech. Hollywood.
    New Age Slavery

OH how we are so easily deceived.

Faith and the church has disappeared, and fear has taken over.

You sound like the "greatest " idiot on this planet. How many more people must die before some of you will get the message that vaccination is helping to save lives? The ignorance is so appalling here. We should be uniting and trying to fight this together. Too many people are dying.

I haven't seen any really bad side effects. I had a fever and I got over it! All my friends, family, acquaintances took it and they're all fine. I feel like we have a fighting chance if we get the virus. I feel anxious for my co-workers who are hesitant. They won't have a fighting chance. Do it Chak... for your family. xoxo
