Christian Minister says ‘demonic councils’ want to stop VI’s General Elections
Under an initiative called ‘Pray BVI’ and a one-hour online sermon delivered today, Saturday, February 11, 2023, on Facebook, the Minister with strong roots in the VI has indicated that she is a messenger of God and added that the VI is in further need of people and leadership that transcend party politics to take the country forward.
VI needs Leadership that transcends party politics - Ms Toussaint
“As I have reflected on leadership of this territory, as I have seen where God wants to take us, there are people that God has chosen to take the Virgin Islands forward. It transcends party politics, it transcends party borders, it transcends our own wants.”
She further declared that bewitchment and mind-binding spirits employed during the elections period be removed so that Virgin Islanders can make prudent decisions when voting.
Meanwhile, according to the pastor, there are also spiritual wickedness and demonic forces in the form of councils, organizations, and cliques that want to rise up and stop the 2023 General Elections and the democratic process from happening in the VI.
“Let the army of heaven arise in the Virgin Islands and scatter demonic organizations, councils, and cliques that want to stop our general elections, that want to distort us from having our general elections,’ she added.
VI need Leaders who understand economics - Ms Toussaint
Ms Toussaint said to take the territory forward, the VI is in further need a strong leader and people who understand economics to take the territory forward.
“We need someone and people, a team who understands the world, economics, and how to diversify our economy and take us forward. We need strong Community people in our districts… We need people that have the intellectual steel to negotiate our Constitution for the future of the Virgin Islands,” she added.
Ahead of the payer, Ms. Toussaint said it has not been an easy road for her, as she has come under scrutiny and victimization because of her ministries and prophecies.

Wearing one does not make you better or worse than the next Christian and you need to be careful not to cause another brother or sister to stumble in this area.
