Go and do you all Private prayer. We don't need to hear you. No one needs to hear you. Keep your prayer between you and your God.. Isn't that what Jesus told the disciples when they were looking him.." I was praying to my father ".

Reads like the churches are declaring war on the BVI government. Another drama to follow the next few months.

@ war. The churches are declaring war on the UK, not the BVI government. They are praying that these evil people be dealt a good dose of whup-@## by our ancestors. We wish nothing but the worst on all of those colonizers and anyone like them who enjoy inflicting pain on others for their own pleasures. All they have ever done and still do is take take take away people's lands and freedoms. We don't want you here at all. Haul your s***s out of here and go back from whence you came.

I think the colonial pigs gave you all the land when they last left, didnt they? It was our own who sold our family inheritances for fast boats, fast cars, and jewelry. Now all that is broken or lost you are crying? Take a long look in the mirror and honest ask yourself who were the architects of our current mess? We find it way too convenient to blame others for our current situation. It's an easy out! Truth be told, we $%&& up a golden opportunity to be an example to all the Caribbean and really show the UK what could have been done.

I could go on and on, but hopefully I've made the point clear.

Get off your knees and stop praying to a non-existent god to save you and start using your brains to gain your own freedom from these horrible people. They depend on us turning on each other while so many of you believe their lies.

Prayer is a powerful energy and prayers change things. I have no doubt. Redemption is a positive effort. The Christian Council provides a valuable services and is often called upon to weigh in on community events. The Christian Council meet with Minister of Overseas Territories Amanda Milling and Governor John Rankin on the CoI and the arrest of former Premier Andrew A. Fahie but it has yet to provide a debriefing to the BVI people. It is because of the embarrassing performance by some Christian Council members at the meeting. Supposedly some attendees behave like simpletons, sambos, etc. Their stepping and fetching and minstrel performance provided much laughter for the UK folks. Come on folks this is the 21st Century, not the 16th Century. Show some national pride. Come on CC tell us what was discuss at the meeting. If it cannot tell us, why was it at the meeting? What happens in the dark ocomes to light.

In the Authorized King James Version of the Bible the text reads: But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these. things shall be added unto you.

The lack of original thought is quite obvious in these comments. There is a lot of work to do on self. Nothing to achieve this way. The Christian Council Is clueless and a complete waste of time. Absolute nonsense. This is the reason that we are in the situation we find ourselves in...get a damn life. Sunrise...Mid day...Sunset... big deal.
