Must have valid STCWCertification and preferablyexperience as a ProfessionalChef. Must be willing to workon weekends, holidays and forlong hours when required.Strong communication skillsnecessary. The Chef will be responsiblefor provisioning,menu planning, galley dutiesetc. A valid international passportrequired.
