I am disgusted with the service at the desk on the day of top-up. I Paid for top ups on four phones including mine. My number was the first I gave. The receipt was so long I didn't double check. (I guess that was my bad).I went back again in about an hour and a half to top up another phone and asked about mine. I met another cashier and was told that maybe the system is slow. That was all I got. Later that day I found out that everyone else's top up came in; mine didn't. I had to go to the Office again on Saturday morning and was told by the first cashier who took the order that I didn't give her that number or the money! WHAT. She also told me - without blinking I might add, her money checked out right. Somebody please tell me where she put my $40 for my tripple top up. I have been defending TCT for the longest while but my family and I can sure got to LIME if needs be! Let's see what happens Monday when they say I have to visit the managers.
