Caribbean Public Services Association wants VI to join

Thomas Letang, the General Secretary of the CPSA, articulated these concerns during the opening ceremony of the CPSA’s highly anticipated 53rd Annual General Conference, which took place on Sunday, July 20, 2025, in Dominica.
This conference, which spans an entire week, serves as a crucial platform for trade union representatives from various Caribbean nations to engage in meaningful discussions on pressing regional issues related to labour rights and trade union representation for workers.
Discussions to revisited
In his remarks, Mr Letang, the General Secretary of the CPSA, highlighted the efforts made to integrate the Virgin Islands and the United States Virgin Islands into the CPSA, emphasising that these initiatives should be reignited for the Virgin Islands and potentially other territories as well.
He stressed the importance of revisiting these discussions to foster collaboration and representation in the Caribbean.
Moreover, Mr Letang revealed that the CPSA’s strategic plan includes a dedicated focus on marketing and outreach initiatives aimed at enhancing the visibility of the association.
By implementing these strategies, the CPSA aims to broaden its recognition, not only throughout the Caribbean region but also internationally, fostering solidarity and support among trade unions dedicated to advocating for the rights and needs of workers everywhere.
The interests and welfare of public servants in the Virgin Islands are represented by the Virgin Islands Civil Service Association (VICSA).

This premier is not working for the people. He and the Greedy Bill Possee just working for themselves family and friends.
VI would destroy CPSA!
