POCKWOOD POND, Tortola, VI- It is unclear whether the inclement weather from Tropical Storm Grace had anything to do with it; however, a car ended up in the sea at Pockwood Pond, Tortola, yesterday afternoon, August 15, 2021.

Photographs and videos sent to our newsroom showed the car partially submerged in the water.

Persons were also seen in the water.

It is unclear what caused the driver to lose control of his vehicle.

It is also unclear whether anyone was injured.

We will provide an update when more information becomes available.
