ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Traffic on the usually busy DeCastro Street in Road Town, the capital city, was affected for some time following an accident today, October 21, 2017.
It was around 2:30 PM when a car was hit from behind by another vehicle.
No one appears to have been injured and the damage to the vehicles appear to be minimal.
Police are on the scene.
