That road has become a raceway. People speed to try and get a parking spot and get on the ferries. Need better enforcement and parking facilities to accommodate the need.

I could see why the Government, both past and present, doesn't care to fix the roads, because since they finished paving the Fat Hog's Bay and the Beef Island roads respectively. The Moo Moo them done start.

The most dangerous stretch of road on Tortola with speeding, dangerous passing in no passing zones, no shoulders with a huge drop-off, no sidewalks in the most popular walking / exercising area on the island. A shoulder and sidewalk would be great and safer for pedestrians but can we at least get some speed bumps that we all love so much (humor). Unfortunately, its the only way to get people to slow down since we don't like to write speeding tickets
