If it was on Pockwood, could only be spontaneous combustion. That’s the way all them dump fires happen. Darn near a tourist attraction, location of the highest concentration of spontaneous combustion fires on the face of the earth!

Where is the fire officer PPe? What if that situation had escalated what would’ve happened to him? What if there was any dangerous or hazardous material burning in that vehicle he had no Breathing Apparatus on smh. which leading officer lets his officer approach a fire emergency situation with personal or respiratory protection?
