The security training took place from July 14–18, 2025, at the Virgin Islands Law Enforcement Marine Base. Accredited instructors from the RVIPF delivered the programme focused on building the officers’ capacity to carry out their duties with increased efficiency, professionalism and confidence.

Managing Director, Akeem R. Pickering noted the importance of investing in security personnel to safeguard the Territory’s seaports.
