Of course its a set-up but the fact that they were able to be set up speak volumes. If they did not dance the music would have had to stop. But no they danced and they danced and they continued dancing.

If someone came to me asking if I want money to help them import drugs I would say "No". Others would say "yes". That's not a setup. That's revealing your morals.

There is no way she can go back to ports. SHE CANNOT BE TRUSTED. She was going to get some of the loot and the designer bag (s) it was in.

based on tola people! The premier was used and it’s the son, mom and others who used the opportunity of them being in MIA having him there at the time.

      You better read the Affidavit!!!

The Premier is stated to having been involved in this scheme years prior but never got paid on that level as well as stating he had a friend who loved ammo and guns through the territory.

You people better remove the blinders.

Have you read the court filing? Google it. The DEA agent or informant was wearing a recording device everytime they met - with all 3 of them - Fahie (aka head coach/coach), Oleanvine Maynard (aka Rose/P) and Kadeem Maynard (aka Blacka). All bragging about how many other police and government officials they had under their control. While the CoI may be unrelated, any sense that BVI was anything but CORRUPT at this point would be a joke. Clearly BVI is NOT ready in any shape or form to choose its own destiny. CORRUPT!

this is one of my tuffest moments in almost 70 years The Commissioner of inquiry and that covert operation goes hand in hand…..

The DEA cant conduct any operation in the territory with prior approval from the commissioner of police and the governor

That sting operation began October 2021 do the maths: persons to persons meeting was held 7 April 2022 in this territory(for this operation to classified as lawful need authorization from commissioner of police and governor)

No wonder the governor kept dragging his foot with sharing the cOI Report to the people( not all of us stupid)…he knew what was in the pipeline

as a old citizen this is shocking but life goes on those we put to lead this place should have more good faith and exercise far better judgement while hold public office

I am just stunned, disappointed and humiliated. The Premier, the woman that is in charge of ports and her son is accused of something like this.

Allll along, the former Governor scope out what was going on. Wowwww, the Premier of the British Virgin Islands and the Manager of the British Virgin Islands Port Authority have to stand before a Federal Judge in Miami Friday afternoon. This is some serious stuff on Federal level, the FEDS don’t grant bail.

Even if the entrapment IS proven, we the people already have the info on the premier. We can not pretend we didn’t hear how bad he has been. The trust is broken in the worst way.
