BVIPA invites Proposals for Construction of General Cargo Warehouse @Port Purcell

PORT PURCELL, Tortola, VI- The British Virgin Islands Ports Authority (BVIPA) is inviting qualified contractors to submit proposals for the Construction of a General Cargo Warehouse at Port Purcell, Tortola.

The project forms part of the Authority’s continued investment in strengthening port infrastructure and enhancing the efficiency, capacity, and safety of cargo operations across the Territory. The scope of works includes demolition, excavation and site clearance, construction of foundations, columns and slab, and the erection of a steel frame structure.

Interested tenderers are required to submit proposals in sealed envelopes to the BVIPA Administration Building at Port Purcell.

The deadline for submission is 10:00 a.m. on Friday, July 3, 2026. A site visit for interested parties is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on Friday, June 5, 2026. Interested persons should contact Mr George (cgeorge@bviports.org) to be registered for the site visit.
