I have months of letters addressed to the management, Board etc on BVIPA, whatsapp chats with leadership imploring them to at least acknowledge the emails sent to them offering NO CAPEX f/bespoke financing, Electric Vehicles, Solar, battery systems and other tech. Global groups with the right past performance to mitigate any insurance or performance risk...and plenty of money. Creditable companies , global companies. Responsible green mandate-companies. I drink and cajole and laugh and play sports with these same people and I have receipts to show that after we discussed the opportunity to engage, and they suggested writing to them (formally}...we cannot yet get a conversation going, an email acknowledging receipt , NOTHING. Not even a discussion. Crickets alone-chirping. Not even dialogue. Nothing. They are always "working on something" od having to "deal with some issues first" ...yet, magically someone of lesser capability emerges from the ether , having somehow sailed through the process and due diligence, allowed multi-agenct access. Amazing how hard it is to particiapte in yopur own country

You're not wrong. And something seems off with Green Energy Management. BVI has a long history of engaging with hucksters. It's an interesting study of how they make it through while any honest broker can't get movement.
