BVI Spring Fest 2020 forces possible road closure @ CGB

As such, the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) through a press release this afternoon is advising the public to take an alternate route if accessing GCB through the Stoutt’s Lookout junction later this evening.
According to the Police, "there is a possibility that the road will be blocked off at 8:30 pm at Stoutt’s Lookout due to the event scheduled at The Wedding in Cane Garden Bay."
Biggest Stage Night
Tonight's International Fete stage event is forecasted to be one of the most popular nights as part of the Spring Fest 2020 and will feature some of the biggest acts including Selecta Taz, DJ Kunga, Sugar Band, Akaii U Sweet, Vibe, Pascal and Govana.
Also on the schedule is a featured dance-off between performers like Ms Mechanic, Kay and Melodic Shell.
To enter the event, tickets cost $50 as part of a dual night package, however, those without tickets can expect to pay $30 more at the gate.

Residents are inconvenienced and - to add insult to injury - have to endure the intrusion of offensive music.
And please don't say they have permission! Permission is granted to hold the function, not to play loud music. (As for time, the Commissioner should know better. In the UK pubs are enclosed and are closed at what time - 11:00 p.m or 12 midnight? And if they are not, who closes them down?)
Lawmakers need to take seriously and understand the impact loud music/noise as well as sleep deprivation have on its most valuable resource - humans! Then and only then persons will understand why many workers are not as productive as they should be.
