BAYFRONT AVENUE, Singapore- Representatives of BVI Finance are in Singapore this week for TOKEN2049.

Advertised as the world's largest premier crypto and Web3 event, TOKEN2049 brings together global decision-makers, founders, investors, and developers in the digital asset space. 

The event comprises Token Week, October 5 to 11, 2026, with the main event happening October 7 to 8, 2026. The main event is two days of pitching, where startups in Web3 compete for equity-free prizes, meet top investors, and take the global stage. 

VI remains @forefront of evolving digital assets

BVI Finance said, “As the global digital asset ecosystem continues to evolve, the BVI remains at the forefront, providing trusted, flexible and innovative structures that support the growth of tokenisation, digital assets and the wider fintech economy.”

BVI Finance team will be at Booth MB4-46, where attendees can learn more about the VI Advantage, the growing digital asset ecosystem, and why the jurisdiction continues to play a leading role in the global tokenisation space. 

This event follows BVI Finance’s participation at the 2026 Outbound Investment Summit in New York, USA, from September 24 to 26, 2026. The delegation comprised Junior Minister for Financial Services Hon Lorna G. Smith, OBE (AL), BVI Finance Chief Executive Officer Elise Donavan, and Christopher Simpson, Partner and Head of the Commercial Department at O’Neal Webster and a member of the BVI Finance Board of Directors. 

BVI Finance has been actively engaged in promoting the VI as the jurisdiction of choice on the global market.
