ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- The BVI Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce its celebration of Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) 2025, taking place from 17–21 November 2025 under the theme “Together We Build.” GEW is a global initiative celebrated in more than 200 countries, engaging millions of people each year in activities that foster innovation, develop entrepreneurial skills, and strengthen local and global business ecosystems.

GEW serves as an opportunity to spotlight the innovators and risk-takers who turn ideas into action. Through events, storytelling, and community engagement, GEW encourages aspiring entrepreneurs of all backgrounds to explore new avenues for growth and economic empowerment.

This year, the Chamber has decided to recognise three dynamic female entrepreneurs as part of the GEW celebration on Women’s Entrepreneurship Day, Wednesday, 19 November 2025. The Chamber will prominently feature these three women of the Virgin Islands on its social media platforms. These women represent the determination, leadership, resilience and creativity that continue to shape the territory’s business community, and their stories aim to inspire the next generation of female business leaders.

From every corner of our community, you will find vision, determination and creativity, people who seize opportunities, build businesses, and strengthen our economy. GEW gives us a platform to honour that spirit and to inspire the next generation to pursue their entrepreneurial dreams.”

Throughout the week, the Chamber will also share daily “Tips for Entrepreneurs on The Almanac on ZBVI Radio, providing valuable guidance for both emerging and seasoned business owners.
