INFLICTING GRIEVOUS BODILY HARM

On 14-12-2022 at 17:15hrs, Police arrested and charged Karina Brea, 35 of Great Mountain with Inflicting Grievous Bodily Harm, Unlawful Possession of Proceeds of Criminal Conduct, and a Person not Registered as a Medical Practitioner. She appeared at the Magistrate’s Court and was remanded to His Majesty’s Prison.

THEFT

On 15-12-2022 at 17:34hrs, Police arrested and charged James Leonard Jr. of Purcell Estate with Theft and Armed with an Offensive Weapon.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE

On 19-12-2022 at 10:25hrs, Police arrested and charged Travis George, 29 of Belle Vue with Criminal Damage, 2 counts of Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm and Armed with, Offensive Weapon, and Reckless Driving. He was granted bail in the sum of $7,000 to appear at the Magistrate’s Court on 26-01-2023.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED DRUG

On 21-12-2022 at 13:45hrs, Police arrested and charged Grashaun Audain, 28 of Fat Hog’s Bay with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Drug, Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Drug with Intent to Supply, and Unlawful Possession of Proceeds of Criminal Conduct. He was granted bail in the sum of $20,000 to appear at the Magistrate’s Court on 09-02-2023.

On 14-12-2022 at 19:58hrs, Police arrested and charged Daylon Sutton, 26 of Josiah’s Bay with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Drug, Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Drug with Intent to Supply, Unlawful Conveyance of Spirits into Prison and 2 counts of Unlawful Introduction of Articles. He appeared at the Magistrate’s Court and was remanded to His Majesty’s Prison.

On 15-12-2022 at 13:37hrs, Police arrested and charged Tafari Wilson, 44 of Scatliffe Alley with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Drug, Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Drug with Intent to Supply and Remaining in the Territory after the period granted.

ASSAULT OCCASIONING ACTUAL BODILY HARM

On 16-12-2022 at 1511hrs, Police arrested and charged Heather Smith, 38 of Anegada with Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm and Common Assault. She was granted bail in the sum of $5,000 to appear at the Magistrate's Court on 30-01-2023.

DRIVING WITHOUT A DRIVER’S LICENSE

On 22-12-2022 at 14:49hrs, Police arrested and charged Jismer Ruiz Tavares, 29 of The Valley, Virgin Gorda with Driving without a Driver’s License. He was granted bail in the sum of $5,000 to appear at the Magistrate’s Court on 02-02-2023.

ILLEGAL ENTRY

On 28-12-2022, Police arrested and charged Bernarda Arnaud del Carmen, 55 of no fixed place of abode with Illegal Entry.

On 28-12-2022, Police arrested and charged Danny Dennevil, 32 of Lower Estate with Assisting in Illegal Entry.
