Body of male found @ Vanterpool Estate

VANTERPOOL ESTATE, Tortola, VI- Information reaching this newsroom is that the body of a male was discovered in a home at Vanterpool Estate last night, June 30, 2021.

According to reports, the body has been identified as 48-year-old Alexander Wheatley.

Virgin Islands News Online (VINO) was told that Wheatley was last seen on Monday, June 28, 2021, and was discovered motionless in his home by a relative, who went to check on him.

Police are reportedly not suspecting foul play.

The deceased also reportedly suffered from diabetes and hypertension and was on medication.

    My heart ache when i receive the news .i really feel his death .very friendly .never pass me without saving hello .he was one of those young men when he use to be in trouble . I alway look out for him with a word of encourgement and a drink .he will be greatly miss.
