BAUGHERS BAY, Tortola, VI- At least one person was taken to Dr D. Orlando Smith Hospital following a boating accident off Baughers Bay late Sunday afternoon, September 21, 2025.

According to reports reaching our News Centre and videos of the incident shared with our News Centre, two powerboats were racing when one of the boats appeared to hit a wave and flipped.

Vessels in the area rushed to the scene of the accident and, according to reports, at least one person was taken to the hospital.
