"The defendant does hereby invoke her rights to remain silent and to counsel with respect to any and all questioning or interrogation, regardless of the subject matter, including, but not limited to: matters that may bear on or relate to arrest, searches and seizures, bail, pretrial release or detention, evidence at trial, guilt or innocence, forfeitures; or that may be relevant to sentencing, enhanced punishments, factors applicable under the US Sentencing Guidelines, restitution, immigration status or consequences resulting from arrest or conviction; appeals or other post-trial proceedings," Michael Caruso, Federal Public Defender, said in his filing in a Florida court on May 5, 2022.
"The Defendant requests that the United States Attorney ensure that this invocation of rights is honoured, by forwarding a copy of it to all law enforcement agents, government officials, or employees associated with the investigation of any matters relating to the defendant. Any contact with the Defendant must be made through the defendant's lawyer," Caruso further stated.
Pickering-Maynard remains in pre-trial detention as she faces drug trafficking and money laundering charges in Miami alongside her son Kadeem and former VI Premier Andrew A. Fahie.
She is due back in court today, May 6, 2022, for a detention hearing.

What I am a little perplexed about is... How did Fahie get involved?... his actions are so amatuer it feels like it was his first time.
It is common knowledge that a containor load came through the port during a lockdown and was parked in an active police officers yard.. or was it his brothers yard? the one who got kicked out the police? I forget...
Maybe, not so common knowledge is that during a complete lockdown the Road Town and East End police stations were quarantined during a time no one was on the street on an Island with 50 cases or something...
Now... if he was in it from the start I just mentioned... wouldn't he have a crew by now?... a lot of heavy sh1t went down after that bust. If he was the mastermind behind it... why would he be on US soil talking about supplying guns to Mexican Cartels?
Something doesn't sit right with me about this.
If I was to make an educated bet based off my spider senses.. I would say he was the last one recuited in this thing and greed got the better of him.
If that is the case... then he has enough information to level this place... if he was actually apart of that whole lockdown shipment scenario and got arrested on US soil... the business must be a lot easier in these here parts and some retard- i forgot my 2x tables- stuff kicked in.
Something to watch out for: :) do they both stay with the same law firm. That is what co-defendants do in this situation.
If one of them changes briefs... it's about to go down :)
