UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF AMMUNITION

On 31-01-2013 at 1115hrs, Police arrested and charged Treston Brown, 25 of Belmont Estate for Unlawful Possession of Ammunition and Unlawful Possession of Cannabis.

ESCAPING LAWFUL CUSTODY

On 02-02-2013 at 1636hrs, Police arrested and charged Jessroy McKelly, 25, of Her Majesty’s Prison for the offence of Escaping Lawful Custody.

ARMED WITH AN OFFENSIVE WEAPON

On 01-02-2013 at 1113hrs, Police arrested and charged Albert Gillings, 39, a Jamaican national, residing in Sage Mountain, for the offence of Armed with an Offensive Weapon.

THEFT

1. On 03-02-2013 at 1715hrs, Police arrested and charged Nealon Francis, 23, of Sea Cows Bay for Theft.
2. On 04-02-2013 at 1334hrs, Police arrested and charged Bruce Foxe of The Settlement, Anegada for the offence of Theft.  Foxe was granted bail in the sum of $10,000.00 signed by one surety to appear in court on 04-03-2012 at 0900hrs.

ASSAULT OCCASIONING ACTUAL BODILY HARM

1. On 08-02-2013 at 2200hrs, Police arrested and charged Clement Bowrin, 27, of Handsome Bay for the offence of Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm.

1. On 08-02-2013 at 1040hrs, Police arrested and charged Drew Farrel, 30, of Valley for Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm.

ROBBERY

On 08-02-2013 at 2020hrs, Police arrested and Charged Alex Camsel, 37, of Josiahs Bay for the offences of Robbery and Armed with an Offence Weapon.
