JESUP, Georgia, USA – Former Virgin Islands Premier Andrew A. Fahie has filed an appeal regarding his 2024 conviction for cocaine trafficking and money laundering, claiming a lack of evidence, unreliable government agents, and judicial errors.

The appeal was submitted on Tuesday, February 3, 2026.

Fahie was convicted in February 2024 and sentenced to 11 years in prison on August 5, 2024, in relation to cocaine smuggling and money laundering charges.

'There was no actual cocaine'

In his filing with the 11th US District Court of Appeals, Fahie’s attorneys presented three reasons for vacating the conviction.

According to an article by the St Thomas Source, Fahie's lawyers argued that "Fahie couldn’t be guilty of conspiring to import cocaine because there was no actual cocaine, and the fictional narcotics he agreed to import were supposedly treated in a way that made them undetectable."

The appeal further claims that the fictional drugs were not illegal in their pre-transformation state, even if that state was also fictitious. The argument is that a substance cannot be classified as cocaine if it does not test positive for cocaine.

It is unclear when the appeals court will make a ruling on Fahie’s appeal.

There will be much more added to the mortar before it finishes. Lot's of cover-ups in this saga, both locally and internationally. If only the public understood where the corruption truly lies- Former heads of authorities are all involved. They all colluded and work together across boaders; in particular, the European ones in authority. They will implicate and ruin anyone to carry out their twisted agendas. It's a well oiled machine and they had centuries of practice in their plots and schemes of lies, deception, manipulation, trickery, framing, dividing, and double speak to confuse the average minds. Everything is upside down, inside out, and a$$ backwards. Dig deeper and Discern...

If you don't want to do the time, you shouldn't have done the alledged crimes, former B.V.I disgraced premier, A. A. F, as simple as that, in my opinion.

Uh, is there the possibility that a potion of our finances has been being used to help pay for his appeals bills? It's possibly so, but I have no evidence. He is "not out of the woods (mettle bar cage yet in Florida yet.)

It’s ok, don’t worry, the cocaine wasn’t real!! It doesn’t matter that the Honourable met who he believed to be the Sinaloa cartel, agreed to traffic what he believed to be material (cocaine or cocaine ingredients) through the BVI and then happily commented how the only thing he would touch would be the money.

It’s ok don’t worry, let’s put some pictures of him smiling in the article, the same look he probably had on his face when he took the $$$.

I will be ready for the onslaught of cyber attacks like the last time to silence me. I am one warrior who is not afraid to expose and fight against systemic corruption, even if it cost me my life. These people will use your own to ruin and destroy. Today, we are witnessing how the billionaires mindset operates and their decadent veil of secrecy and cover-ups being exposed. Tomorrow other levels will also be exposed. The rabbit hole goes deep. Think people...think, think beyond your programming; think beyond what you have been taught and condition to believe. Accept nothing before you, and think differently. Everything today is upside down, inside out, and a$$ backwards.
