Stop talking what you do not know please. Anegada is a peaceful, beautiful island, often neglected but blessed. Stay in your lane.

Anegada is the furthest away from other islands. With no hospital, one doctor and one nurse on duty at a time, no paramedics, only 1 cop on duty I cannot understand why Government (past and present) has allowed the people to live there with no way out if and when a medical crisis arises. Medical evacuation options must be readily available! And then the transportation carriers want money up front. Shouldn't Government step in at this point? Aren't you all the ones who failed to have a proper set up for the people on island or to transport in a timely manner from the island? 7, 8 or more hours of suffering and the families must pay on top of this nightmare to make it even more outrageous. This is crazy

I agree with you. Representatives in Government, Opposition ..wherever you all are in power step up and assist the residents and visitors with this very urgent matter. What are we waiting for? A mother to see her child die? A tourist to lose their life on vacation when timely attention at hospital could have avoided it? A senior citizen to get a stroke (again)? Or anyone for that matter? Why pay taxes or follow laws if basic services are not being provided on the second largest island and one of the primary tourism hotspots? Government could have invested in a helicopter for the entire territory with the money squandered on so many other things. Do Not Have us Waiting on this anymore!! It is time for change!
