"Breathalysers?" People are under a lot of stress and it is not leasing up. A female, drunk at 8:30 pm on a week night is not usually normal.

It seems like manufacturers of vehicles may have to start manufacturing breathalyser sencitive vehecles soon, including backhoes, forklifts, and possible bulldozers too, to help curb the problem worldwide.

Thanks be to God that nobody died as that looks nasty and if she was indeed drunk and headed West there likely would have been many more high speed opportunities for a more serious crash with her driving impaired and at night.
