All Ah Wee upset East in Short & Sweet League Playoff

By half time and although East raised their game after a sluggish start, All Ah Wee had a 10 point lead at 44-34 and were holding the men from the East defensively, whilst matching them offensively.
The third quarter was all square at 20-20, but during the final period All Ah Wee pulled further ahead to secure the victory and head into Tuesday’s second leg knowing they are just a win away from a place in the Championship game.
Penn Junior added 5 rebounds, 4 steals and 7 assists to his stellar performance, Jevon Serrant 17 points with 12 rebound and both Travis Isaac and Jamal Serrant scored 11 points.
The East were led by Killven Sammuel with 23 points and 10 rebounds, David Lettsome scored 19 points with 8 rebounds, Eustace Freeman 11 points and 8 rebounds and Radley Stevens with 11 points and 9 rebounds
