According to the BVIFSC, Adam Goldberg is circulating a forged investment business licence and is falsely purporting to be licensed by the FSC for Dealing in Investments and Arranging Deals in Investments.
"The FSC hereby informs the public that Adam Goldberg is not a BVI company and has never been licensed or regulated by the FSC to carry on investment business, or any financial services business, in or from within the Territory of the BVI."
The BVIFSC said members of the public are advised to exercise extreme caution if solicited at any time to conduct business with Adam Goldberg.
The public is also invited to provide the FSC with any relevant information on any questionable entities that are purportedly operating in or from within the Territory, and on any improper activities engaged in by such entities.
The BVIFSC said it has issued this Public Statement pursuant to Section 37A of the Financial Services Commission Act, 2001.
