ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- The results of the hard work and preparation of the three contestants in the Miss Teen Diva 2012 Pageant will be put on display before the judges and audience this evening November 24, 2012 at the East End/Long Look Community Centre.

The contestants are Shaemore Smith, Deidre Samuel and Chelsea Hodge.

They will compete in seven rounds of competition; Introduction, Diva Party Wear, Creative School Wear, African Diva Wear, Creative Wear, Formal Wear, and Question and Answer.

Show time is 8 P.M.

The theme for the 2012 Miss Teen Diva Pageant is "No Looking Back".

The contestants had been showing much commitment to the pageant and were actively involved in community work as the Miss Teen Diva Pageant Committee continued to encourage the contestants to be positive role models and future leaders.

One such work worthy of commendation was assisting members of the Road Town Methodist Church prep for the cooking of meals on Friday November 9, 2012 and the actual cooking and distribution the following day to the elderly, sick and shut-ins of the community.

The contestants, along with pageant committee member Lavanta Thompson, actively and cheerfully participated in the delivery exercise where they were able to interact with some of the persons visited. The President of the pageant committee, Camille Merry, was also with the contestants during the prepping on Friday.

Also, On October 19, 2012, the Miss Teen Diva Pageant contestants visited the Wendell Potter Learning Centre to read to the pre-school aged children.

On August 25, 2007 the first annual Miss Teen D.I.V.A. Pageant was successfully launched and has since crowned four Miss Teen Divas, including the 2011 winner, Miss Sherise Stapleton.

According to the Miss Teen Diva Pageant Committee, the main purpose of the pageant is to help build the self-confidence of young girls by assuring them that they can achieve any goal once they set their minds to it. Also, by teaching them how to carry themselves in a positive manner, they can be outstanding role models for other young people.

What is wrong with the picture fool! I know all the young ladies and it looks just like them to me. I guess you wanted them all to do makeup make overs. Natural beauty is the best, besides it's a teen pageant.
