38-year-old Manchester woman arrested & charged with theft

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – A 38-year-old woman identified as Melissa Logan of the Machester area on Tortola was on November 17, 2023, arrested and charged with theft. She was granted bail in the sum of $5,000 to appear at the Magistrate’s Court on January 15, 2024.

This is according to the latest arrest blotter from the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF).

BURGLARY

November 26, 2023,  at 16:20hrs, Police arrested and charged Kempes Nicholls, 32, of Wickhams Cay I with three counts of Burglary and two counts of Handling Stolen Goods.

On November 23, 2023,  at 15:26hrs, Police arrested and charged David Baronville, 45, of Long Bush with Burglary. He was granted bail in the sum of $5,000 to appear at the Magistrate’s Court on 25-11-2024.

On November 23, 2023, at 13:23, Police arrested and charged Mikhail Howe, 33, of Lower Estate with Burglary. He was granted bail in the sum of $10,000 to appear at the Magistrate’s Court on 25-11-2024.

ASSAULT OCCASIONING ACTUAL BODILY HARM

On November 17, 2023, at 15:30hrs, Police arrested and charged J’Loni Martin, 22, of Purcell Estate for Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm. He was granted bail in the sum of $5,000 to appear at the Magistrate’s Court on 18-01-2024.

On November 1, 2023, at 16:20hrs, Police arrested and charged St. Clair Percival of Road Town for Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm. He was granted bail in the sum of $5,000 to appear at the Magistrate’s Court on 18-01-2024.

UNLAWFUL AND MALICIOUS WOUNDING

On November 24, 2023, at 16:43hrs, Police arrested and charged Verne Forbes Jr., 29, of Sea Cow’s Bay for Unlawful and Malicious Wounding.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

On November 4, 2023, at 09:55hrs, Police arrested and charged Danny Benjamin of Duffs Bottom with Disorderly Conduct, Disorderly Conduct in a Police Station, Indecent Language, and Threatening Language. He was granted bail in the sum of $2,000 to appear at the Magistrate’s Court on 18-01- 2024.

      I agree to showing the faces of the thief’s. I need to know the thief’s that is walking in our mist. She is 38 years old and is too old to be sticky fingering. You need money that bad, go and set up a water stand somewhere.
