A ban on all drivers under the age of 25 A ban on all scooters Refresher courses for current drivers on road safety Driving instructors to be qualified overseas to international standards Better enforcement of the police to the road regulations Politicians to implement new laws with stiffer enalties for reckless driving Special training for drivers of trucks and taxi's Noise limits on stereos and banning of using i-pods when driving Then and only then will our roads become safer!

I only agree with you on stiffer penalties and stereo. I agree with the point system on the drivers licenses/revokation and jail time for cronic repeat offenders. We need consequences in place

Most of these accidents involve people over 25. Get a life Mr. Ban.

Do u make sense "Ban" why would you say Ban drivers under the age of 25?!?! I agree that some of them drive reckless but I'm under 25 and i sure as hell don't. Have you ever thought that older folks may cause accidents too???

Most vehicle smashes are caused by the under 25 category as they tend to be more reckless and with less regard for other road users, thats why many insurance companies charge a higher rate of insurance for under 25's. If the law is not to be able to drive under the age of 25, then regardless of where you are born or where you bought your licence you still wouldnt be able to drive here. Billy B - judging by the usual content of your posts you could certainly be described as a "moo-Moo" - but a professional one. Have a nice weekend everyone, lets keep the blogging nice and pleasant and to the point.

My view of you is pretty mild compare to the others. Considering the nonsense you posted today, your view of me is pretty much insignificant, lol. "If the law is not to be able to drive under the age of 25, then regardless of where you are born or where you bought your licence you still wouldnt be able to drive here." LMAO: Could you imagine thousands of young tourists under 25 flooding through our territory via cruiseship, yachts, boats, planes etc for honeymoon or whatever celebration and everyone has to take a taxi because the only country in the caribbean disallowed anyone under 25 to be the recipient of a drivers license. Around the world alcohol consumption is allowed for a 21 year old but in the good old BVI, you have to wait til 25 to drive, wow!!!!! Boy our country would rake in the money, won't we??? The car rental business will go through the roof, won't it??? My husband and I got married when we were 22/20 and by 25 I had four children. Could you imagine both of us taking a taxi to work, droping our kids off at daycare or school, going grocery shopping etc, And this idiot has the nerve to criticize my post???? hahahahaha

In many countries you cannot rent a car until you are 25 due to the insurance - please get your facts straight. Travel to a number of different countries and you will find that out!!!!!! 4 children in 5 years - you must have been Billy the Bunny rabbit.

@ban, we were trying for ten children (huge family), but change of plans, we were not as strong as we think we were. I have travelled through the caribbean, the united states, uk, I've even been to singapore. You name me one country where you cant drive under 25 and I will make it my business to do my research, just come up with ONE, ONLY ONE.
