3-vehicle collision in RT after driver allegedly loses control of SUV

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- At least three vehicles received damages when a driver reportedly lost control of his automobile on Waterfront Drive, close to The Pub, in Road Town, Tortola last evening, September 6, 2019.
According to reports reaching our news desk, a driver in an SUV was heading in the direction of Road Town when he swerved onto the opposite lane, hitting a parked vehicle and then slamming into a rental car that was headed west.
No one was reportedly injured in the mishap.
Police were summoned to the scene and the driver was reportedly questioned.
Unconfirmed reports are that ‘driving under the influence’ may have played a part in the collision that occurred sometime after 7:00pm.
