3 tourists & taxi driver seriously injured in accident in RT

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Three cruise ship tourists were reportedly seriously injured when the taxi they were in became involved in an accident in Road Town on Saturday afternoon, November 13, 2021.

The driver of the taxi was also seriously injured.

According to the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) today, November 15, 2021, it was a lone vehicle accident.

The RVIPF also said the passengers were treated at Dr Orlando Smith Hospital and discharged.

“They have all since left the Territory. Investigations are ongoing,” the RVIPF stated.

      Not in town up the hill near Rudy’s bar. Did the driver partake in the rum, because there was no other vehicle involved. Hmmmmm, more information to come.
