The Governor is responsible for the public service & they have failed it miserably for the past 30yrs but the "so-called" transparent COI the Governor called overlooked this and his failures & give him a pass mark. We as a people now have to continue to seek the right opportunities like these to continue to develop our people & ourselves as we have been doing.

Despite the few critics and certain areas needing improvements, the BVI have a very good public service compared to most places in the world. Good move.

Let’s hope this training is filtered on to ALL the government departments so that the element of customer service which is so poorly lacking in most departments could be improved. Not to mention the frustration that is caused when you call the various offices and nobody answers the phone. Improvements is desperately needed in the system.
