How can I as a member of the public vote if I don't know who are the parents?

A wonderful project. If I don’t see a sponsor sheet, can I drop a check for votes at the school? Are they still near Red Cross?

I am so happy to see this happening. Thank you to the supporters for highlighting our young people. They are often looked down as being being retarded but, they are precious gems created by God. I always say to people that some persons are born with disabilities while others are (in their sight) flawless. However, one accident or illness can change our entire lives, so, please be kind to them. Congratulations to them all. God loves you all.
