In india you can get a license for fire arm if there is a direct threat to your life.
The lack of protection & lack of common sense, & dignity for the individual to protect themselves is a direct driver for persons desire to be illegally armed. Had those gun men in their skirmish ran into where everyone was hiding even 20 of us unarmed citizens could not stop one. Afterwards when the dust settled the guy was laying there shot. Its my belief everyone has a right to protect themselves.
The 100+ unsolved murders speak to that.
friend in Tortola to send back to the states. Every time these particular Stoutts are contacted they don't return
the property. My friend still in the BVI has asked them over and over years now. I had to return to the states
in Oct 2018 it got so bad in the VI. Vanterpool must have seen all the emails along with the commissioner. No
answer. If she's such a good and honest cop, believes in the law and all that -- then return my property. Its
an assortment of things including a pair of Kurzweil syntheiszers. Not many around. If you've seen them, they
are probably mine and considered stolen. Vanterpool, for Gods sakes six years now.
