BVIFA Technical Director Paul Decle, Head of Goalkeeping Morris Mark Jr, and Women’s Development Officer Fitzgerald Carter achieved the FIFA Coach Educators Diploma last week in Aruba.

This prestigious qualification—spanning 2.5 years of online workshops, e-learning, practical/theoretical assessments, and mentoring—marks a huge step forward for football in the VI, the BVIFA stated.

'A boost for coaching education department'

Technical Director Paul Decle shared: “This diploma is a boost for our coach education department. The development of football in the BVI is directly connected to our ability to deliver quality coach education programs.

"We look forward to working closely with the coaches in the BVI to help empower and improve their ability to impact the players,” Decle said.

"Congratulations once again to our team, and to all the coach educators from across the region who completed this milestone," the BVIFA stated.
