This is according to the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) Arrest Blotter for September 4 to October 1, 2022.

According to the Arrest Blotter published today, October 5, 2022, Hodge was granted bail in the sum of $5,000 and is to appear before the Magistrate’s Court on November 11, 2022.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED DRUG

On 07-09-2022 at 1302hrs, Police arrested and charged Alex Penn King, 19, of Fat Hogs Bay for Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Drug. He was granted bail in the sum of $5,000 to appear before Magistrate's Court on 20-10-2022 at 0900hrs.

ASSAULT OCCASIONING ACTUAL BODILY HARM

1. On 15-09-2022 at 1535hrs, Police arrested and charged Robert Browne for Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm. He was granted bail to appear before Magistrate’s Court on 1-11-2022.
2. On 19-09-2022 at 1900hrs, Police arrested and charged Denfield Solomon, 48, of Lower Estate for Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm, Burglary and two counts of Criminal Damage.

WOUNDING WITH INTENT

On 19-09-2022 at 1930hrs, Police arrested and charged Eswort Barnwell, 35, of Diamond Estate for Wounding, Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm and Armed with an Offensive Weapon. He appeared before Magistrate’s Court and was remanded.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS

On 22-09-2022 at 1315hrs, Police arrested and charged James Leonard Jr, 25, of Cooper Island for Criminal Trespass. He was granted bail in the sum of $5,000 to appear before Magistrate's Court on 10-11-2022.

THEFT

On 23-09-2022 at 1630hrs, Police arrested and charged Glen Henley of Cane Garden Bay for Theft and Common Assault. He was granted bail in the sum $3,000 to appear before Magistrate’s Court on 10-11-2022 at 0900hrs.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

On 01-10-2022 at 0615hrs, Police arrested and charged Jamal Singh, 31, of North Sound, Virgin Gorda for Disorderly Conduct, Failing to Comply with Lawful Order Given by Police Officer and Indecent Language.  He was granted bail in the sum of $3,000 to appear before Magistrate’s Court on 14-11-2022 at 0900hrs.
