2 men charged with Rape

According to the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) Arrest Blotter for September 10-October 7, 2023, Police on September 20, 2023, arrested and charged a resident of Slaney Hill with 2 counts of Rape and Indecent Assault and on September 21, 2023, Police arrested and charged a resident of Pockwood Pond with Rape. ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Police have charged a Slaney Hill resident with Rape and Indecent Assault and a Pockwood Pond resident with Rape.

According to the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) Arrest Blotter for September 10-October 7, 2023, Police on September 20, 2023, arrested and charged an individual of Slaney Hill with 2 counts of Rape and Indecent Assault.

The Arrest Blotter published today, October 12, 2023, also disclosed that on September 21, 2023, Police arrested and charged an individual of Pockwood Pond with Rape.

CARRYING AN UNLICENSED FIREARM

On 06-10-2023 at about 2115hrs, Police arrested and charged Kyle Baronville, 34 of Carrot Bay with Carrying an Unlicensed Firearm, Possession of a Firearm with the Intent to Endanger Life, and Unlawful Possession of Explosives. 

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF EXPLOSIVES

  1. On 21-09-2023 at about 1610hrs, Police arrested and charged Cordell O’Neal, 38 of Freshwater Pond, Kammi Oneal, 34 of Pockwood Pond and Jelani Christopher, 31 of Cane Garden Bay with Unlawful Possession of Explosives.
  2. On 06-10-023 at about 1512hrs, Police arrested and charged Omari Roberts, 27 of Hannah’s Estate with three counts of Unlawful Possession of Explosives and Keeping a Prohibited Firearm without a License.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLE DRUG

On 30-09-2023 at about 1010hrs, Police arrested and charged Daniel O’Connor, 34 of Manchester with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Drug, Driving an Unlicensed Vehicle and Driving an Uninsured Vehicle. He was granted bail in the sum of $5,000 o appear at the Magistrate’s Court on 16-11-2023.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED DRUG WITH INTENT TO SUPPLY TO ANOTHER

On 07-10-2023 at about 1037hrs, Police arrested and charged Everette Isaac, 32, Pedro Mercedes Soto, 44 and Odai Abdulsalam, 28 of The Valley Virgin Gorda with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Drug With Intent To Supply To Another.

THEFT

On 30-09-2023 at about 1100hrs, Police arrested and charged Marvin Gumbs, of no fixed place of abode for Theft. He was granted bail in his own recognizance to appear at the Magistrate’s Court on 16-11-2023.

DESTROYING PROPERTY

On 26-09-2023 at about 1420hrs Police arrested and charged Arlene DeCastro for Destroying Property. She was granted bail in the sum of %5,000 to appear at the Magistrate’s Court on 02-11-2023.

DRIVING WITHOUT A DRIVER’S LICENSE

  1. On 17-09-2023 at about 1650hrs, Police arrested and charged a 15-year-old of Old Plantation for Driving without a Driver’s License. He was granted bail in the sum of $5,000 to appear at the Magistrate’s Court on 19-10-2023.
  2. On 18-09-2023 at about 1800hrs, Police arrested and charged Jacquelin Guzman Rodriquez, of Baughers Bay for Driving without a Driver’s License, Driving when Not Secured by a Seat Belt and Driving When Not Covered by Third Party Risk Insurance. She was granted bail in the sum of $3,000 to appear at the Magistrate’s Court on 26-10-2023.
  3. On 18-09-2023 at about 1911hrs, Police arrested and charged a 16-year-old of Purcell Estate for Driving without a Driver’s License, Driving without a Crash Helmet and Driving without a Front Identification Plate. He was granted bail in the sum of $5,000 to appear at the Magistrate’s Court.
  4. On 20-09-2023 at about 0920hrs, Police arrested and charged Alexandra Parsons, 31 of Manchester for Driving without a Driver’s License and Driving an Unlicensed and Uninsured Vehicle.

      Yea yea I support cannabis legalization but might not be the best idea to post that on EVERY article? People read this headline and they in a bad mood. Not the time.

      No one on this arrest blotter was arrested for weed except possibly Mr O'Connor and if he wasn't allegedly driving an unlicensed and uninsured vehicle he would probably be fine.

    Why everytime someone is charged with rape , the name of the person isn’t posted. The people needs to know. If you going write an article, write it well. BTW…It’s 2023 , why doesn’t the BVI have a registered sex offender list ?? C’mon BVI Government do better..
