What is the break down of ownership? How many are government owned vehicles? How many are taxis? How many are owned by companies - trucks, backhoes and other heavy equipment How many privately owned cars and trucks? How many scooters? The number of vehicles is interesting but it doesn't tell the whole story.

It's good to see that the Department covered its expenses and brought in extra revenue, after meeting its expenses. When water and sewerage going reach this point?
