Which employee of the Department of Labour and Workforce Development answers the telephone and is so rude, crude and downright unprofessional? Training in simple Customer Service skills would be beneficial to her. I am sure that I am not the only person who has experienced her piggish attitude and behavior. God help us in this country. Smh.

We need to look at reducing wheat consumption in the BVI to combat obesity, diabetes and hypertension.
