Isn’t this a conflict of interest being a recent former civil servant and Deputy Financial Secretary?

    My question is
The tender process waived for a $108k contract for a man from St kitts and we love him and accept him as one of ours son of the soil
We have one of our own born indigenous Jvd family that invested millions in ferry and barge services to only serve the Jvd community and have a 1day week job to transport the garbage from Jvd to west end and this so called Bvi love government put that transportation job out to bid a job that is under a $100k why you couldn’t have waived the tender process for our own local home grown company

@JVD, I would do my good citizenship dues. Leave the government's garbage to them selves! If you have faith, the good lord will provide!
