ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- A parent and a student must be considering themselves indeed lucky after winning a ThinkPad and a Blackberry phone during the Power Luck Drawing that coincided with the launch of Power School on Monday June 6, 2011 at the Sir Rupert Briercliffe Hall.
The ThinkPad was donated by Infinite Solutions while the Blackberry Curve was compliments of LIME.
Pearlette Creque, who said her son Berton Creque Jr. attends the Robinson O’Neal Memorial School, turned out to be the lucky ticket holder for the ThinkPad drawing. Her prize was donated by Minister for Education and Culture Hon. Andrew Fahie.
Student of the Robinson O’Neal Memorial Primary School, Kyana Davis, could not believe her fortune when her winning ticket was pulled from the bag at the drawing for the Blackberry Curve that she was in tears at the presentation.
