Gadiethz contract extended with Digicel
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Digicel has once again teamed up with the Territory’s leading disc jockey Paul “Gadiethz” Peart to spearhead the telecoms company’s local media campaign.
Gadiethz, popularly known for his Morning Ride Show on ZROD 103.7FM, officially began his affiliation with Digicel BVI when he MC’d the Big Red Launch Concert at the Festival Village in November 2008. Since then, he has worked with Digicel in various capacities to promote its many best value offers to the people of the Virgin Islands.
As the exclusive telecommunications provider sponsor of this DJ and his weekday morning radio show, Digicel is featured through advertising, live mentions and interviews with company officials and Digicel subscribers.
“Digicel recognizes the importance of the media in helping to inform the public of its various messages and therefore views this partnership with Paul as extremely timely and crucial,” stated Digicel CEO Alan Bates. “Paul is the most dynamic DJ in the BVI; he has tremendous energy and represents Digicel very well during our promotions.”
Bates and Peart signed the one year contract on November 4th, 2011.
“I’m really proud to be back again with Digicel for the third year in a row,” Peart said. “To be a mouthpiece for The Bigger, Better Network says a lot!”
Gadiethz promotes Digicel during his ZROD 103.7 FM Morning Ride Show, via signature commercials, his Facebook page and during live outdoor events, including the ongoing 2011 Digicel and Riteway Christmas Cash Grab promotion.
