The 24th Annual Frederick Pickering Memorial Lecture will take place at the Eileene L. Parsons Auditorium, H. Lavity Stoutt Community College

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- The 24th Annual Frederick Pickering Memorial Lecture will take place at the Eileene L. Parsons Auditorium, H. Lavity Stoutt Community College on Tuesday January 17, 2012 at 7:30 p.m., and will be delivered by prominent attorney-at-law Gerard Farara, Q.C.

According to a press release from HLSCC, the topic for the public lecture will be, “The 2007 Constitution and Good Governance in the Virgin Islands.”

All are invited.
