As we continue to settle for Injustice:

Everyone is crying out for Peace but no one is crying out for Justice… As Nations wage more Wars, kill more People and waste more lives and opportunities, Leaders meet in search of solutions they dutifully ignore as they create Problems they could easily avoid… Through it all, they remain so fixated on blaming others that they see the wisdom of introspection as a sign of weakness.

Consequently, whether America, Europe, Russia, Africa or the Caribbean, old History remains the bane of Today’s Problems and just as before, the self-proclaimed Elite, use Wars and restriction of Knowledge and Education to render the Masses weak and poor so they can treat us like Serfs and 21st Century Slaves… Any failure to puppetise us and we are accused of being radicalised.

World Leaders appear to lack the basic ability to acknowledge that this is the Smartphone’s Generation where access to World Events is instantaneous and Youth no longer have to wait for decades to recognise an unjust and racist World where those in Power still seek to instill the practice of ignorance in others as the ways and means for Masters to impose their will and way on the Masses.

Politicians refuse to acknowledge that the old days are gone so they strive to repeat a History where those claiming to be most civilised possessed only the skills of Stealing and Killing and in their effort to acquire Free Labour they sought to enslave Africans, Indians, Asians and other Races - However, except for Africans, the others openly rejected this system of oppression.

Meanwhile, Africans seem willing to imitate their Masters and actively condition themselves to be regarded as Society’s Standard of ‘Weak and Poor’ - Even after being freed, they still maintained that Dog-like obedience for their Masters and regard themselves as ‘blessed’ to be considered as Servants in the Big House where they can actively participate in the abuse of their own People.

Still being stuck in Slavery long after Emancipation:

No wonder Blacks still exist in a World of open Injustice where White Police Officers acknowledge that whole Departments and District Attorneys have been targeting Young Black Men by planting Drugs and Weapons on them as false evidence and where Mayors and Police Chiefs routinely cover up criminal activity by White Police Officers; such as shooting a Black Youth as much as 16 times.

It is no Secret that those in Law, Religion or Politics view Greed and Corruption as their Rights of Passage and regard Poor (especially Blacks) as disposable Scapegoats… Thus, Leaders still betray their People, Parents still sell out their Children and we remain stuck in a Zone where Greed is seen as a Gift from God and Corruption is regarded as the progressive Civilised Way of Life.

For many, the Road of Fairness and Justice that leads to Peace has been blocked by obstacles we create as we convince ourselves that our actions are ordained by God rather than considering how we would react if what we do to others was done to us…  Such misleading by Religion, Politics and Law would even confuse my Trusting Father whom I loved and respected - We differed in Ideologies.

He was a product of a Christian Colonial Mentality that accepted Racial Subjugation as normal so he was annoyed when I described Society’s Educational difference between Black Parents and White Parents as, Blacks wanting their Children educated in order to get a Job working for Whites whereas, Whites wanted their Children educated so they would never have to work for Blacks.

Perhaps some things have changed but many remain the same – Powerful Nations still measure their worth by the number of Persons they kill or destroy and Leaders have grown so used to Blacks accepting Injustice that they expect the same from Muslims… Consequently, from the era of Bush and Blair to the present, the actions of World Leaders have directly radicalised the World.

Are we being delivered Cure or Corrupted?

Their decisions place innocent People in Harm’s way and create an Oppressive Fear Mentality that restricts Human Movement making us all Inmates of one big Roofless Prison - Even the Climate Change they pretend to debate is just another casualty of their Wars… No wonder Earth is sick and getting sicker and the Medication prescribed comes with more side effects than the Ailment.

The response is often for Governments to pay lip service to Health Care Schemes that promise much but are designed to satisfy Greed and Corruption – We are now less than one month away from implementing our own National Health Insurance Scheme and for years I have explained the shortcomings and need for improvements - I refer you to my Article ‘Supporting NHI’s Right to Fail’.

In expressing the need for Quality, Available, Affordable and Sustainable Health Care I have always stressed the importance of becoming familiar with the Terms and Conditions of this Scheme so it is unfortunate when neither, Patients, Providers or Government appear to understand the Document for this leaves each stuck in their own Fantasy and expecting more out of the Scheme than is in it.

They may have to change the named NHI to TBI (The Triple Bad-minded Insurance) as Patients expect everything to be Free, Providers plan to become Super Rich off Patients and Government is fixed on fooling everyone in order to collect more Taxes to pay for their Errors and Mistakes… Under such conditions the Scheme may self-destruct even before the first NHI Card is swiped.

The difference between Signing on to NHI and Signing up for the People:

You may recall the News Media and other Sources reporting that all other Providers were in support of the Scheme and had already signed on - B&F Medical Complex was being ridiculed as the only one not onboard and I believed this but chose to await the expressed desires of our Staff Members and the Patients we serve – They said yes so we now signed on as an NHI Provider.

Some may have expected that since all are aware of the commitment by my wife and I never to turn away Patients or chase after the Dollar but what may surprise you – it certainly surprised me – is that we made History on Wednesday, December 2, 2015, by being the First NHI Provider to sign on even as those whom the Public believed had already signed up, appeared reluctant to do so.

This was never out of fear for speaking my mind or concern about anyone ‘badmouthing’ me for my actions – As I made clear to NHI’s Team, this was done on behalf of those Patients registered throughout the Territory and my struggle for them to receive the best deal possible, will continue – In fact, we have already achieved major changes in conditions that benefit Patients and Providers.

That is, while Existing BVI Medical Providers have the right to make their own decision they should know that they can immediately sign on as NHI Providers without the need for the long Expensive Process and Documentation that had been previously demanded – The simple Proof of your current BVI Medical Practitioner Registration is enough to complete the designated Provider Process.

No one should mistake my personal position – I never supported NHI in its proposed form but you left no choice when you participated in June’s Snap Election while fully knowing their intent… I will certainly never give up the struggle for Fairness and Justice but Time has run out and this debate is over – It is now time for the Work to begin as we make Corrections when and where necessary.

PS: I will continue addressing some of your Questions and Comments on Live BVP Radio Programmes

"There is nothing to fear but fear itself" - another famous opinion of Roosevelt's.

So many classics in this one. Very insightful article as always AC.

This epitomizes the Senior Civil Servants attitude to their juniors and the public:

"Even after being freed, they still maintained that Dog-like obedience for their Masters and regard themselves as ‘blessed’ to be considered as Servants in the Big House where they can actively participate in the abuse of their own People."

This is NHI in a nutshell:

"They may have to change the named NHI to TBI (The Triple Bad-minded Insurance) as Patients expect everything to be Free, Providers plan to become Super Rich off Patients and Government is fixed on fooling everyone in order to collect more Taxes to pay for their Errors and Mistakes…"
