VALLEY, Virgin Gorda, VI – Virgin Islands Party (VIP) Territorial At-Large Candidate, Mrs Shereen D. Flax-Charles has innovated the campaign ‘meet and greet’ process as the road to Elections 2019 shortens.

Ms Flax-Charles hosted a “speed meeting session” at the Catholic Community Centre on Friday, January 25, 2019, where several members of the VIP’s At-Large team and the Ninth District Candidate, Mr Vincent O. Wheatley had about 30 minutes to chat and present their ideas to 9th district constituents before moving on to a next table at the venue.

The VIP team said it was an opportunity for persons in the community to get up close and personal with the candidates in a new innovative fashion.

Good Feedback

“It gave persons an opportunity to interact one and one as well as in small working groups of 4-6 persons discussing issues that affect the Ninth District and the entire Territory,” a release said while noting that attendees praised the format.

Further, the VIP Candidates offered an opportunity for a fundraiser towards the Senior Class at the Bregado Flax Educational Center to raise money for their graduation activities including a class trip and their Senior Prom.

    Why is it ok for her to be agressive but when the Chairman of the NDP get aggressive they say he arrogant?.
    I agree we need an agressor in the HOA to fight for ALL of us..
