VIP will be acquitted on Nov. 7 – Keith Flax

Flax is considered the "facts man".
BELLE VUE, Tortola, VI - On November 7, voters will be the judge and jury and a confident Keith Flax said that the Virgin Islands Party (VIP) will be acquitted from all the obstacles it faces and return to serve the people of the Virgin Islands.

Speaking at a grand rally at Belle Vue last evening, Wednesday November 2, 2011, the At Large Representative stated that his party is one that cares for the people.

“The VIP is a government of inclusion, we are not going to leave you out there by the way side because when the country is prosperous, you are prosperous as well,” he pointed out.

According to Flax, a responsible government rides the storm in economic hardship, while simultaneously stimulating the economy, and restoring confidence in the people.

“Government cannot do everything but must play a crucial role in stimulating the economy, and because of the confidence shown in the Government, banking institutions have continued to give out loans and that further stimulated the economy as well,” Hon. Flax disclosed. “We have been working for the people’s interest and have been working the plough.”

Meanwhile, the At Large Representative revealed that some two days before October month end , the VIP paid its “bill” in full. “We are speaking about a payroll of over $5M every month...this Government has been meeting that.”

Greenhouses

Hon. Flax is optimistic that when the green houses are up and running the VI will have copious amounts of food than “we can consume”.

In light of this, he has asked voters to give Minister for Natural Resources and Labour Omar Hodge a four-year extension to see the project through.

“I must take my hats off to the Minister for the initiative. Where there is no vision the people perish, and we have vision...this Government will be acquitted and we will be sent to the House to do your work for another four years,” Hon. Flax stated

You are an idiot! The ghut hasn't come down yet. There is nothing under control about that mess of a disaster. Let some more rain fall for the ghut to come down and you will see what is under control. Clearly you don't live in the area or know what that ghut is capable of. Just another blind VIP'er talking out their a$$!

What a pity! If only we could stick to the issues at hand, this electoral process would be such a learnig experience for everyone. There are so many wonderful things to learn about each and every candidate. We need to elevate our minds. We should at least try. Each of us should at least try to make the BVI a better place, rather than dragging it down to the lowest ebb. Blogging lies and malicious rumors is no way to vent hate, envy, pride or jealousy for any of the candidates even lying to make them unpopular in the eyes of others. Whoever will win is already ordanied by God, so we need to stop it. Hope that when all this is said and done we can live with ourselves.

I was shocked to hear a candidate mother was walking around the complex praying and chanting saying she wants the NDP out. Governor thank you for those people coming in to watch these elections. The NDP are desperate people we dont want them we just want VIP to gets it act fully together.
