VIP to bring D5 alive this Saturday

HUNTUM’S GHUT, Tortola, VI - The Virgin Islands Party (VIP) will be bringing District Five 'Alive' this Saturday, January 19, 2019, as they take to Huntum’s Ghut to meet with residents and host three basketball games.

The Committee to Bring District Five Alive, along with the VIP’s District Five candidate Mr Kye M. Rymer, is hosting the event which commences at 04:00 PM with the games and is then followed by the Campaign Rally at 06:00 PM.

“All thirteen candidates of team VIP will also be in attendance,” the Committee stated.

Mr Rymer, who has launched his work plan for his District is pushing for youth development through the improvements in access to education, tax breaks for private schools, a reduction in import taxes as well as the development of a strategic business development plan for his District.

The Committee is inviting the public to learn more about Mr Rymer and his campaign by visiting www.kyerymer.com, also on facebook at Kye Rymer and Instagram at kye Rymer.

    I want to learn more about tax break for private schools. I am not one of the well to do's who can afford the private schools so im not sure how it affects the common man like me who's children are in the public school system.

    Reductions in import tax sounds good but unless the savings are passed down to the consumers then this is just campaign talk. I sincerely will be listening to hear more so I can make an inform decision. #NOFLUFF

    I love both Kye and Wade, one need to stay in the district and one need to go at large. They both have some good plans. These are the two few politicians making sense to me, so far.

    I trust dirk Walters more than Kye and Wade. Too heavy baggage for Kye. He know why people fear giving he chance. Wade family alone going cut in votes. Dirky is the man to bring district 5 alive. Dirky is the better man.
